Amy Pattee Colvin: Qigong – Mudra Meditation

I first discovered qigong and compassion meditation in the  early-1990s through a teacher who blends Taoism,  Buddhism, and Confucianism with the essence of the practice focusing on Taoism.

In this Taoist practice, we learn how to integrate stillness with the natural movement of internal energy (qi) as an effective method for transforming physical, mental, and emotional challenges.

Additionally, I’m a certified teacher of Compassion Cultivation Training  (CCT), a curriculum developed at Stanford University with the backing of the Dalai Lama. I integrated my Taoist heart-based practice with CCT and have been teaching meditation since 2011.

As well as teaching qigong and compassion meditation, I  lead international spiritual tours and authored the Amazon  #1 Bestseller, Cultivating Compassion: Simple Everyday  Practices for Discovering Peace of Mind and Resilience. I work, play, and meditate on Samish Island, WA, with my husband, Scott, and Labrador Lily.

Susan Pole: Body Code – Balance – Meditation

I created Susan Pole Healing in 2016 when I decided to actively share my experiences and skills with the world to help clients connect with who they really are underneath all the clutter and discover what they really want when the noise settles down.

I am a Life Coach, a Certified Energy Practitioner and a Meditation teacher. But that’s just the certifications. 

I also, and this is priceless, bring with me life’s experiences of being a stay-at-home mom, working full time and raising 9 kids, which include bio kids and adopted kids. I assisted in building businesses, community services and much more.

Most of my life, from a very young age, has been in service of others. I spent 26 years in social services, leaving that as I became an Energy Practitioner in 2016 and opened Susan Pole Healing. Energy healing promotes harmony and balance within, relieves stress and supports the body’s natural ability to heal. It is a great support in improving relationships, improving well-being and recovering from trauma that is keeping us from a life we love.

In addition, I am a Certified Meditation teacher. I find meditation has unlimited benefits to the mind/body/spirit.

I am the author of “Journal Through Past Trauma, a process of healing” and also “Self Preservation of the Sensitive Spirit”.

I live in Sedro Woolley with my husband, Eddie and our two dogs, Happy and Lexy.

Shelley Hill: Reiki – Energy – Chakras

I came upon Reiki by chance in 2009. I got a massage and was asked if I wanted to do a reiki session as well. I had no idea what it was, but if it was as good as the massage, I was all about it. My session was unlike anything I had ever experienced before.

After my session, the reiki master told me to let her know when I was ready to start my own journey as a healer. I thought she was crazy. Ten years later, I am a reiki master and have been practicing for the last five years.

Reiki is a form of Japanese energy healing where a practitioner uses hands-on healing to clear out trauma that has caused the natural energy inside of us to become stagnant.  What a lot of people don’t know is that you can clear and move your own energy or Ki.  

I will show people how to clear the energy in their chakras to be more grounded and balanced, how to call their energy back that they’ve given away either willingly or unwillingly throughout the day, and how to protect their precious energy by shielding. 

I am excited to teach you what I know to start your journey to reclaim your power and healing.
