These Spiritual Tours Are Not For You If:

Join Amy Pattee Colvin for a joy-filled International Spiritual Tour.
Explore beautiful destinations and sacred sites on these spiritual adventures.

You expect a silent meditation retreat in stillness.

Spiritual tours, when you travel with me, embody laughter, conversation, and movement. Time will be available each day for silent meditation, but we’ll practice other techniques as well. We’ll be exploring new places daily and will spend nights in a variety of different locations.

You are not interested in exploring your inner-space.

Our conversations about self-acceptance and self-compassion can be challenging. However, if you lean into those uncomfortable places while in a safe space, a beautiful transformation may occur. If you are interested in seeing only the top tourist sites in a given country, many other alternative tour companies are available.

You are not interested in physical activity.

These are active tours, and we often visit remote locations. Every day we will practice qigong and spend time walking. Most tours include a physically challenging day, and this provides an insightful opportunity to embody the concepts we’ve been practicing throughout the spiritual trip.
