Iceland spiritual tour

Explore the Geologic Wonders of Iceland

November 22nd – December 2nd, 2025

Amy captures the essence of each country she visits. She chooses her sites carefully and leaves enough time to appreciate each moment. She and her guide are conscientious, kind, and considerate. Her tours offer spectacular sites, comfortable accommodations, and great food, with the option to sit back and relax with new friends at the hotel/on the bus or to challenge yourself physically on guided adventurous hikes.
A little something for everyone – would highly recommend.” Shirley FG

This Icelandic spiritual tour blends exploration of the country’s geological wonders, cultural history, and steaming hot springs with meditation, qigong, and heart-opening conversations about self-acceptance, compassion, and joy.

“Amy put together an extraordinary trip of a lifetime. We were challenged both physically and spiritually, but in a way that allowed all of us to be successful and fulfilled. The trip exceeded my expectations in all aspects.” Cathy H

We’ll slow down our busy minds, open our hearts, and embrace joy and peace.

We’ll explore and practice tools to take home and use long after the tour is over.

I loved everything about touring with Amy—from the many beautiful and interesting places we visited to the well-thought-out travel days. I appreciated all the organizing Amy did to make this a trip of a lifetime. Her experience in planning these amazing tours showed at every turn. I also sincerely appreciated her commitment to each guest having the best experience while acknowledging that different people have different needs, a kindness for many participants. Thank you for being responsible for the details so I didn’t have to think of them; I could just enjoy every minute!” Heather S

Tour Facilitator Amy Pattee Colvin:

Amy Pattee Colvin leads international spiritual tours with a focus on meditation, qigong, and compassion for self and others.

In the fall of 2015, I attended a meditation retreat to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, led by my long-time meditation teachers. A local shaman joined us one of our days in Machu Picchu. During the blessing ceremony, he handed me a seed to plant after the ceremony finished. He told me to look for the plant when I brought my own group on a retreat to Peru. For many months, that seed of an idea quietly germinated and eventually developed into the international spiritual tours I offer.

When traveling with me, you’ll practice meditation and qigong daily, explore beautiful landscapes, step out of your daily routine, and immerse yourself in positive ways of thinking and living. I’m excited to share these concepts with you while we actively explore stunning landscapes and cultures.

These tours create an opportunity for you to focus on inner work, connecting to the divine within and harmonizing with the energy of the natural world.

I’ll share with you all I’ve learned in over thirty years of Taoist meditation and the wisdom I gained from becoming a certified facilitator of Stanford University’s Compassion Cultivation Training.

Local Tunisian Guide

Driver/Guide Murray Anderson:

Revealing stories of Iceland with humor and passion is Murray’s specialty. He has an exhaustive knowledge of Icland’s history, legends, geology, and geography, so each day, he finds something special to share with us.

Some days, he’ll share ancient myths as if he’d lived with the fairies themselves; other days, he’ll tell you the name of every mountain and waterfall we pass. Every day, he’ll keep you entertained on the journey with music and stories and help you learn to love Iceland as he does.

From the moment you meet Murray, you’ll feel like you’ve found that long-lost friend you never knew you had.

I look forward to spending time with you! If you have any questions, please email me at amy@amypatteecolvin.com.
